The Prez name, the Prez logo, the prezswipe.com website, the Prez mobile and web application, and all associated source code, design, user interfaces, graphics, copy, product imagery curation, illustrations, and other materials (collectively, the "Prez Materials") are the original work of Charles Walmsley and are protected by copyright, database rights, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and other countries, including under the Berne Convention.

2. Your licence to use Prez

Subject to your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Prez Materials solely for the purpose of using Prez as an end user. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Prez (for example, names, notes, and photos of the people you add). You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, store, process, and display that content solely so we can provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Notice.

5. Third-party content

Prez surfaces product imagery and links from third-party sources. All third-party trade marks, product names, and images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and gift-discovery purposes only. Their appearance in Prez does not imply endorsement.

6. Reporting infringement / takedown requests

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content accessible on or through Prez infringes your copyright or other rights, please send a written notice that includes:

Send your notice to the email address listed on our contact page or in-app support. We will review valid notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material, notify the user who provided it, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

7. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send us a counter-notice with the equivalent information above, identifying the removed material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

8. Reservation of rights

Any rights not expressly granted in these notices or in our Terms are reserved. Nothing on Prez should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any licence or right to use any Prez Materials without our prior written permission.
