Prez is the gift-discovery app at prezswipe.com, operated by Charles Walmsley ("we", "us", "the seller"). By creating an account or using the Prez app or website, you agree to these Terms.
Prez helps you remember the people you care about and discover gift ideas tailored to them, including AI-generated suggestions. Features available to you depend on the plan you are on.
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian. If you sign up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

Prez uses AI models to generate gift ideas based on prompts and any photos you provide. You are responsible for the inputs you submit (including having the right to upload any image) and for how you use the outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you should review them before relying on them. We may filter, refuse, or moderate outputs. You must not use Prez to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hateful or harassing content, malware, or to try to jailbreak underlying models. Repeat infringement of third-party rights may result in suspension or termination, and rights-holders may contact us via the email address on this site to request a takedown.
We (or our licensors) own the Prez software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the current billing period.
We work to keep Prez available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may request export of your content within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to proceed in your home jurisdiction.
