If you are not satisfied with your Prez Premium purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to your first purchase of a plan.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Prez orders. To request a refund:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to Premium until the end of your current billing period.
We may decline refund requests that fall outside the 30-day window, or where there is evidence of fraud or abuse of the refund policy. Statutory rights under your local consumer law are not affected.
